I’m Beniamino, but you can call me Ben. Growing up, gelato wasn’t just a treat—it was a way of life. Some of my best memories are of strolling through cobbled Italian streets, cone in hand, savouring flavours made with love and tradition. That’s the experience I wanted to bring with me from Italy and share with the Northern Rivers.
